Credit Report Dispute Kit is a self-service document-preparation tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the website and app.

We may collect information you enter into the app, including your name, email address, mailing address, date of birth, last four digits of your Social Security number, uploaded credit report files, and details needed to prepare dispute letter packets.

How We Use Information

- To generate PDF, DOCX, ZIP, and review-copy dispute letter packets.

Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit Report Dispute Kit does not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect payment information according to its own policies and security standards.
Analytics and Session Tools
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic, page performance, and how visitors use the site. These tools may collect cookies, device information, pages viewed, clicks, scroll behavior, and similar usage data.
Sharing Information
We do not sell uploaded credit reports as leads. We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and support tools.

Data Retention
Uploaded files and generated packets may be retained for a limited time to operate the service, provide downloads, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests. Customers should download and store their own copies after packet generation.
