Credit Report Dispute Kit is a self-service document-preparation tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the website and app.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you enter into the app, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, last four digits of your Social Security number, uploaded credit report files, qualification-question answers, and details needed to prepare dispute letter packets.
We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, advertising identifiers, and usage activity through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Business Tools.
How We Use Information
- To scan uploaded reports for dispute issues.
- To generate PDF, DOCX, ZIP, and review-copy dispute letter packets.
- To email completed packets and support information.
- To deliver requested guides and send educational or marketing follow-up when you consent.
- To contact you by phone only when you separately choose phone contact.
- To process payment through Stripe.
- To improve website performance, usability, and marketing.
- To respond to support requests.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit Report Dispute Kit does not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect payment information according to its own policies and security standards.
Analytics and Session Tools
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic, page performance, and how visitors use the site. These tools may collect cookies, device information, pages viewed, clicks, scroll behavior, and similar usage data.
Meta Pixel and Conversion Tracking
When configured, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page visits, requested guides, and completed purchases, and to understand advertising performance. Conversion data may include advertising cookies, page information, purchase value, and contact details converted to a one-way hashed form before being sent to Meta. Stripe payment confirmation may be used to report that a purchase occurred, but full payment-card information is not sent to Meta.
Sharing Information
We do not sell uploaded credit reports as leads. We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and support tools.
Data Security
Credit reports contain sensitive personal information. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
Uploaded files and generated packets may be retained for a limited time to operate the service, provide downloads, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests. Customers should download and store their own copies after packet generation.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in any marketing message. You may also contact us to request help with access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your support request, guide request, or packet, subject to operational, legal, fraud-prevention, and security needs.
