Credit Report Dispute Kit is designed so customers can upload credit report files and see a detected issue count before paying for the finished dispute letter packet.
No Charge When No Packet Is Recommended
If the free scan does not detect usable dispute issues, the app should not recommend a paid packet from that upload.
Digital Packet Delivery
Payment unlocks creation and delivery of a digital packet, including PDF, DOCX, ZIP, and review-copy files. Because the product is digital and generated from customer-provided information, completed packet purchases are generally non-refundable once files are generated and made available.
When We Will Review Refund Requests
- Duplicate payment for the same packet.
- Payment completed but the packet was not generated or delivered because of a technical issue.
- Payment was charged in error.
- Other situations required by applicable law.
What Is Not Covered
Refunds are not provided because a credit bureau, furnisher, collector, lender, court, or other third party does not respond in the way the customer hoped. No deletion, score increase, payment, settlement, or legal outcome is guaranteed.
