Self-Service Document Tool

Credit Report Dispute Kit is a self-service software and document-preparation tool. It helps customers scan uploaded credit report files for reporting issues and generate dispute letter packets for the customer to review, print, sign, and mail.

No Legal Advice

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, credit counseling, debt settlement, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all letters and deciding whether to use them.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee deletions, score increases, payments, settlements, approvals, lawsuits, or any legal or credit outcome. Credit bureaus, furnishers, collectors, lenders, courts, and other third parties make their own decisions.

Your Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You must review every generated letter before mailing.
  • You must confirm the facts in each dispute are truthful and accurate.
  • You are responsible for printing, signing, and mailing letters.
  • You are responsible for keeping copies and mailing records.

Payments

The free scan displays an issue count before payment. Payment unlocks generation and delivery of the finished digital dispute packet. Prices are displayed before checkout and processed by Stripe.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to submit false information, upload files you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app, or use generated documents for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Services

The site may link to third-party services, including Stripe, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and referral partners. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Credit Report Dispute Kit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
